The table below will attempt to provide general guidelines for the quantity of beer you’ll need at your event.

How Much Beer (i.e. How many kegs) Do You Need

Our general rule of thumb for planning a 3 to 6 hour party is as follows:

# Attendees X 50% X 3 beer servings (and round up to be safe)

Rather than do the math yourself, here’s a shortcut:

Note: Half Barrels are ideal for cost but they are bulky heavy and difficult to manage.

If you prefer an easier option from a logistics perspective or you simply want more variety,

Remember, One (1) half barrel equates to Three(3) one-sixth barrel kegs. 1/2 = 3*(1/6)
